About the Expert

Lucy Jones is an award-winning Registered Nutritionist and founder of Lutrition, specialising in evidence-based nutrition support and education. She works with individuals and groups, delivering practical advice and workshops on a wide range of health topics. Lucy enjoyed cooking from a young age, and became intrigued about the impact of food on her health. She felt a great sense of overwhelm at the amount of contradictory nutrition information available online, leading Lucy to study nutrition at university, ultimately graduating with a first class BSc (Hons) Nutrition degree in 2021.

Her experience combined with her down-to-earth and compassionate approach, ensures her advice is always practical, realistic and tailored to each person. She works both 1-1 with individuals to help them reach their health goals, as well as delivering regular talks and workshops on a variety of nutrition and health topics.

In particular, Lucy has dedicated much of her career to supporting women going through the menopause transition. She’s worked at Harley Street at Home Menopause, Harley Street clinic Hormone Health, and has co-authored the Women’s Health Concern nutrition and exercise in menopause fact sheets. Lucy has also spoken at national events, including those hosted by Wellbeing of Women.

Understand key nutrition myths by exploring the existing evidence-base.

Explore how these topics fit into a balanced, realistic way of eating so you can view them with context rather than extremes.

Decide what changes (if any) you want to make by applying the evidence to your own eating habits and lifestyle.
