In a changing world where knowledge is doubled every few years it’s essential that managers become lifelong learners through proactive autonomous reading; otherwise their knowledge and skills will eventually become obsolete. Managers who read extensively are keeping up-to-date and are taking responsibility for their own learning. Therefore, they are making sure that their knowledge is kept current and in line with their own and business needs. This book has the reading strategies needed for this.
