Goal setting works when you know what you actually want and where you want to be. Setting goals/intentions are often unattained when there is little no alignment to you as an individual. Goal/intention setting starts with some personal honesty and knowledge building to gain clarity. This is the time consuming part as we don\’t know what we don\’t know, and getting direction here is hard. Once we have (S)pecific details and clarity, we find how to (M)easure our progress, know if it is (A)chievable, make sure the goal is actually (R)elevant (things change) and then set a (T)imeline.SMART goals.
