In this Virtual Classroom Kate is going to be looking at how you can build more movement and exercise into your day-to-day life. Most people in the modern-day world are chronically time-poor so the aim of this session is to make the advice and tools, realistic and do-able even for the busiest of individuals.
This session teaches people the fundamentals of movement and exercise for energy, mood, focus and overall health in a way that is attainable and sustainable for the long-term.
Key objectives: 1. Participants learn and understand what is truly important when it comes to movement and exercise. 2. Participants understand how movement directly impacts mood, focus, energy and overall resilience. 3. Participants learn how not all types of exercise are created equally and that you can actually achieve a lot in a short space of time. 4. Participants learn the difference between movement and exercise. 5. Participants learn the ideal way to move to stay agile, healthy and fit for longevity. 6. Participants learn tools and techniques to help them build in time for movement and exercise around a busy schedule. 7. Participants leave with an outline plan for how they are going to improve their level of daily movement and exercise going forwards.
