Stress has been dubbed as the Health Epidemic of the 21st Century by the World Health Organization. As a Leadership Trainer at a multinational pharmaceutical, I first developed a program to address this epidemic eight years ago. I called it ‘De-stress & Revitalize Your Soul’.

The right kind of stress, also known as positive stress/eustress, can be beneficial as it can challenge and motivate us. However, it is usually bad stress/distress that we fall victim to.
