Our beliefs are thoughts about the world that alter how we perceive new experiences. Through activating events, we develop beliefs that in turn influence the outcomes. These beliefs compound, until we hardly notice them as they become the small voices that narrate our decisions. E.g. you are not a good leader, or you are “just being silly”. These ideas block personal growth, self and the world: mental, emotional, physical, energetic, specific circumstances. By challenging our beliefs and finding their origins we can actively change how we relate to the world and the rules we govern ourselves by.
