Leading in transitions starts with having strategy, and clarity with in that. We need to communicate this effectively so that it is adopted and agreed upon by the members that are executing it. The map is the territory in transitions, in that we might have a planned out route, but things change and pivot constantly. Leading transition means being able to navigate these issues while keeping on route to the goals, which is having adaptability and flexibility. Leading transition is havening a strategic mindset, clear communication and empathy with those you are leading.
