What I have discovered, as you will also, being consistent with daily actions sets in motion the characteristics of high performers with the notion of competing with themselves. They have an acute system of NOT measuring themselves against others but measuring themselves against their own set of rules.

This book is heartfelt, meaningful, and I believe will change the world. It has many perspectives, but what I really love is the plan of attack spoken of in the book. The writing out your goals and having a plan of attack will always be special to me. Cameron is super Talented writer and this is my new favorite book.
