Following the covid pandemic, due to rising inflation, rising interest rates and war in Ukraine, the world, more particularly, the UK, plunged into a cost-of-living crisis. No crisis lasts forever, but history has a habit of repeating itself, and it would be silly not to learn from this. In my book, we study events that caused the crisis and the impact on different demographics. Finally, we will look at methods to build personal and financial resilience so you can have a set of methods to supplement and diversify your income, while being smart about spending, saving, and investing.
