About the Author
Danna Giroux is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and the founder of Unique Balance, a private consulting practice. As part of the health and fitness industry for more than 20 years, she has worked with others in corporate wellness programs, groups, or individual bases. Danna obtained the Fitness Leadership Certificate at Humber College and the CAN-FIT-PRO Personal Trainer Specialist and Nutrition Wellness Specialist certifications. She obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Toronto. Danna graduated with First Class Honours at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.
