Improving work culture doesn’t fail for lack of good ideas. It stalls because we are afraid of testing ideas, making mistakes, and learning from them. The answer is not another process, it is about making it safe for people to be human, make mistakes, learn from them and advance. After this interactive session, you will be able to explain the importance of failing forward from the perspective of psychological safety, describe inspiring leaders and companies who embrace Failing Forward and apply an approach to deal with mistakes/failures effectively.
