In this Virtual Classroom Michael Millward shares the findings of research conducted in partnership with BITC into how employee volunteering can be used successfully as an employee development tool.
Michael will explore how attitudes amongst employees to volunteering, CSR and learning are changing. He will demonstrate using case studies how employers can use this to deliver employee development and learning activities at individual and group levels that benefit the employee, the employer, and the host community organisations, whilst keeping costs to a minimum.
