Based on lessons learned from research into the phenomenon of Third Culture Kids (young people who grow up with multiple cultural influences in transience), we’ll explore why empathy is on the decline and what we can do to increase and develop it to enhance creativity and productivity. We’ll also look at how it ties into the increasingly essential skill of intercultural agility in a personal, group, and societal context.
