The course will cover the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), a widely-used tool for assessing an individual's preferred conflict management style. Participants will begin to understand their natural tendencies in conflict situations and develop strategies for using different conflict management styles as appropriate.
