Christianne Carrick, founder of Coach On The Quay, is helping organisations address one of the most overlooked workforce challenges: the impact of menstrual health conditions on women’s careers, performance and retention.

She has co-led an endometriosis support group since 2017, supporting hundreds of women, and in 2026 spoke at the parliamentary launch of the APPG Endometriosis in the Workplace Inquiry. Her approach is evidence-informed, commercially grounded and shaped by her own experience navigating serious health challenges while building a career.

With 30 years of senior leadership experience in financial services, including a senior role at Santander before becoming a coach, she understands this issue from every angle — as a clinician, a leader, a manager and a patient. That breadth is what makes her uniquely qualified to help organisations and individuals take meaningful action.
