About the Author

Rebecca Norton is an experienced Life & Well-being coach, trainer and workshop facilitator who has worked from home for several years. She brings a wealth of experience, having worked in the community and voluntary sectors as well as teaching. As a keen outdoor enthusiast Rebecca regularly uses the outdoors and walking as a medium to enhance the impact of her coaching. She is particularly interested in helping people find a work life balance that suits them and their current circumstances – reiterating that priorities change over time.
