The examples quoted in this book may make you laugh out loud, but it will also highlight the dangers of sloppy writing and the necessity to write to achieve unambiguous clarity especially when messages are directed at customers and others where your professionalism and credibility matters.Even in a short piece the necessity for care in origination and thoroughness in checking is very apparent. It is a lesson that can avoid major miscommunication.
