Description
Content

Popular Agile frameworks inspired by the Manifesto for Agile Software Development, were developed based on the experience in small software development projects. They are challenged when other IT teams want to use them to become Agile. The IT department is much more than a software development team and achieving Agility is not easy. The IT department is a critical enabler for the Agile Enterprise. Implementing Agile for diverse IT teams can bring useful learnings for Agile adoption in large and more complex Business Teams. This book is a brief analysis of the limitations of “scaled” Agile frameworks and the danger of using Lean practices to “scale” Agile.
