This is not a book full of theory and too-good-to-be-true principles. We wanted to give the authentic voice of pragmatism over idealism. We have strived to convey Agile as it really is. No barriers and pretenses; our realistic, honest experiences in the world of Agile coaching, acknowledging our failures, and successes alike. This book will address uncomfortable questions and include accounts of difficulties that we have encountered coaching both leadership and teams in their quest to become more Agile. Our aim to not only inform but also give you a bit of a smile along the way.
