All too often attention gets focused on HOW we are solving a problem or WHO is solving a problem. What many do not realise is that, to get ongoing great ideas, solutions to problems, adaptations to change and growth, you need to foster a great creative climate. There must be the right feel and the right atmosphere within an organisation and a team in order to empower them to continuously operate at a high level creatively. If that creative climate is not in place, sooner or later, the business or team will become boring and predictable and then get stuck!
