Inhalt

This e-book is the first in the CAMMP™ Case Studies and Simulation series. CAMMP™ is a project management methodological approach for the management of all projects. The organization can use this approach as a standard model and the starting point for tailoring and the development of specific methods that are fit-for-purpose. The rest of the series includes actual case studies and simulations of realistic micro and small projects.

This volume includes all of the templates for the stage deliverables and stage gates of the standard CAMMP™ project life cycle model. It also contains the instructions on how to complete these templates. The instructions are brief explanations, which would help the readers understand the components of the methodological approach, in case they have not read the main knowledge source, Project Management beyond Waterfall and Agile.
