Social media is the new water cooler! Instead of working the room at events, everyone’s just a click away. However, there are a few rules that we should follow to ensure that our networking efforts are successful. In this Virtual Classroom, using LinkedIn as an example, participants will learn how to become visible on social media with the right strategy, and how to make and maintain helpful connections online without running the risk of being rejected or annoying the other person.
About the Expert
Dr. Petra Wüst heads the consulting firm Wüst Consulting GmbH in Basel. She is an expert in self-branding and self-marketing and has worked internationally as a trainer, speaker and coach for 20 years. She also teaches at the University of Basel and is the author of several renowned books. Her current project, the online course The Trusted Expert Program, supports experts and leaders in positioning themselves confidently and authentically as the go-to authority within their organizations.
