Melissa Haveman is an organizational sociologist, ICF credentialed and certified executive and team coach, and author. She specializes in working with creative professionals and teams to build innovative team cultures, spark creative confidence, and develop creative practices that are sustainable.

As a creative professional, Melissa has spent over twenty years working with and leading remote teams, including as Director of Curriculum/Content in the EdTech industry.  She has also earned the Leading Virtual Teams certificate from Cornell University.

Melissa is an independent authorized partner and certified trainer for Everything DiSC and an accredited facilitator for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. She also offers the Positive Intelligence program, with a focus on creatives and authors.
