During a time of political & social uncertainty around LGBTQ+ rights, case-law & legislation, it can be challenging to know how to work with & alongside LGBTQ+ colleagues in an inclusive & supportive manner. This classroom will provide participants with an understanding of the challenges LGBTQ+ people are facing in the UK & an insight into how this can impact them on a day-to-day basis within their workplace setting. This classroom will also give an insight on how to work inclusively on an individual basis with LGBTQ+ colleagues & how to be an ally more broadly, within the parameters of existing guidance & legislative changes & uncertainty.
About the Expert Lisa is an LGBTQ+ advocate, consultant and trainer. She is passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ people and organisations who are striving for inclusion in their workplace.
