Catherine Stothart is a Leadership Coach and has coached and trained hundreds of managers in organisations including Airbus, Google, Audi, United Utilities, KCOM, and Astra Zeneca, to develop their leadership and communication skills.

Catherine is the author of How to Get On with Anyone: Even the Difficult Ones, (Pearson, 2nd edition 2024), and of Motivation: The Ultimate Guide to Leading Your Team (Routledge, 2023). She is a Fellow of the CIPD, has an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, and qualifications in coaching and psychometric testing.
