Creativity starts in the brain with both sides involved. Exercise, sleep and meditation facilitate creativity. It can happen at work, home or during play. At work there are many opportunities to exercise creativity from continuous improvements to new product developments.
Universities and major cities are great creative hubs. Education plays a critical role in creativity. Inhabitants of major cities are three times more creative than those living in small towns.
