Remote working technology is not new, but the business environment has changed, driving the adoption of the technology into new areas of the work environment. Video job interviews are now commonplace, and therefore virtual onboarding is a logical next step. However, as much as the technology enables us to still operate a business and bring new staff on board, we still have other challenges to overcome.
