It will also identify and discuss the physical and non-physical barriers and challenges of remote work from employees and employers perspectives. Thereafter advise on how to eliminate the barriers and challenges of RW is given and strategies for achieving sustainable remote work(SRW) within organizations are suggested for further discussion.
