Managers with trained memories have career advantages over those without this training. With time, patience, practice, and motivation there is no reason why they can’t develop enhanced powers of recall. They will be able to remember last year’s turnover figures and financial results when called upon to do so by the CEO or remember the names of staff and colleagues.
