The corporate learning environment often lends itself to innovation, but over the past year, that change has been forced. Now that he’s had over a year’s worth experience in delivering learning in this new environment, Stuart Pedley-Smith discusses the changes he thinks we’ll see working their way into the corporate learning market. There have also been a lot of wonderful stories about people coming together, supporting each other, and creating hope. Here he explains what he has seen in his work which has inspired him over this time.
