About the Author

Kate O’Neill is a recruitment coach, trainer and mentor who runs her own coaching business, Kate O’Neill Coaching. She works primarily with recruitment businesses to help them hire effectively and train and coach their consultants. Kate also works closely with recruitment managers and directors providing coaching support, as well as helping them understand their employees at a deeper level so they can implement more effective management strategies. She has worked in the recruitment industry since 2012 and is now a DISC accredited coach and ICF (International Coach Federation) member.
