This title explores the role of the manager in day to day on-the-job training activities to create and maintain excellence and how to do so effectively. The emphasis is on one to one counselling and working with members of a team, and doing so in a way that fine-tunes existing skills and introduces necessary new ones in light of changing circumstances.
