In this Virtual Classroom we’ll look the upsides and downsides to both ends of the scale and some of the behaviours associated with both ends of the spectrum. You will also learn some tools and techniques to build both emotional and life control as an individual and why self-awareness is essential. You’ll also learn some tools for helping build team toughness in this area.
