Meetings can be a nightmare, or they can change the world; well, maybe not the world, but many things. Good ones do not just happen. Making them work demands that people approach them the right way. This text reviews how you should do that, whether you are a participant or in the chair. It aims to help you make all your meetings constructively achieve what you want.
