Stephen Parker has spent over 25 years in consulting focused on helping leaders and organizations enable their people to thrive and find meaning in work. He has been involved in and lead impactful transformation projects on all sides of the People and Talent arena. He has successfully led and grown Human Capital consulting businesses, through good times and bad. As a practitioner, he has designed and led multi-year leadership, performance and culture projects for large global clients and worked as an advisor to CEOs. Now, he manages an enterprise-wide people function as the internal leader for Kearney.
