This fourth of five episodes explores the final important stage in our antidote for confronting political conflicts and it is all about options and change. It also contains some new and surprising ideas about the joy and pain of winning at politics. The desire to win is natural, especially if we are competitive by nature but victory comes with inherent risks that we need to be mindful of, so the final stage is all about negotiating ways forward that will be surprising and again, perhaps a little counter intuitive.
