About the Author

She has over 25 years of L&D experience gleaned initially from leading L&D strategy within NatWest and Accenture. In 2015, Clare started her own business, Clare Norman Coaching Associates. Clare aims to encourage leaders to put people before profits. She is sought-out by senior leadership teams to support them through big changes.
