About the Expert

Volker Ballueder’s main occupation is as a sales and strategy consultant, focusing on sales and leadership coaching. He has worked fractionally as a coach, mentor and advisor for over 20 years.

Since his MBA thesis on Emotional Intelligence, he has used methods such as NLP and Strengths Coaching to develop teams and individuals. As a qualified mindfulness trainer and experienced coach, he delivered workshops on topics such as Stress Management, Quieting the Storytelling Mind, Managing Limiting Beliefs and other Leadership topics.

Volker Ballueder was born in Germany and moved to the UK in 2001. He obtained both an engineering and business degree from Aberdeen University.
