Karen Davies

Karen Davies, author, facilitator and business coach has worked in the Learning and Development field for nearly twenty-five years, fifteen of which have been running her own consultancy. She has worked with a diverse range of UK and global Financial, Telecom and Manufacturing companies, supporting team leaders, managers and executives. Within the last decade she has evolved into the Coaching field, adopting this as both a philosophy and as a specialised service enabling client transformation.

Her primary focus is in the leadership and personal development arenas, where she has a real passion for helping her clients reach their full potential and generate success. Having developed a reputation for building strong client relationships and delivering high quality programmes, she is now at an interesting junction of her own journey and is seizing the opportunity for facilitating leadership development using a different medium - the written word.
