Procrastination is one of the things that cause us the most trouble in our lives. We know what we should do but still we don’t do it. Not only does this mean that we often don’t accomplish the things that we want to accomplish, even when we do, we cause ourselves an enormous amount of stress along the way. This short talk explains why we procrastinate and the two important skills we need to learn in order to beat procrastination.
