About the Author

Dr Mohamed Buheji is an Excellence, Knowledge, Learning, Innovation, Inspiration and Change Management Expert, besides being Director of Institutional Research & Decision Support - University of Bahrain.

Dr Mohamed Buheji is assistant professor at UOB Business Admin. College and also he is the Founder of Inspiration Economy Journal. He teaches classes that are relevant to Change Management, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Human Capital and Current Issues to both MBA Students and undergraduates.

Dr Mohamed Buheji carries Phd in Knowledge Management Influence on Government Competitiveness from Brunel University (London) and has published since 2008 more than 31 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers. He is passionate about transferring his 25 years consultancy experience for more than 300 organisations to both education and research.

Dr Mohamed Buheji current professional interests focus on Inspiration Labs and Value Based Entrepreneurship. In addition, he serves in the editorial board of 5 internationally peer reviewed journals in the same fields.
