Many times throughout my career, I’ve been in situations where I was harshly criticized. More often than not, well-planned attacks were made on me to throw me off course. Sometimes it worked, but I learned to recognize a pattern.
Reacting to criticism negatively is never a solution. First, calm down. Second, smile. Third, simply ignore or respond nicely in order to disarm your enemy. Easier said than done, right? No, I know you can do it.
