This is an A to I guide and resource book of the best learning models currently available for learning facilitators/trainers. The models in this guide ranges from the ADDIE model of course design to the Input//Process/Output/Feedback Model of learning. In between you will encounter many other models, some of which are critical to a good understanding of modern training, learning and teaching practice.   The models cover a huge range of topics – all of which have relevance for training professionals and those interested in personal-development. Each model is accompanied by an illustrative diagram and appropriate quotation. The diagrams will help users to grasp the key concepts behind the model quickly and easily.
