Daniela is an international leadership coach with certifications and accreditations from recognised worldwide organisations such as Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Co-Active Training Institute, Birkman International and the UK Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.

Coaching is a natural extension and blend of Daniela’s familiarity in practical business know-how with her educational background, understanding of relationships and motivation for on-going positive development. Clients commend Daniela’s coaching as “patient guiding…back to essentials” restoring an “objective reading of reality.” She is known for her “tact, sensitivity…and firmness” in aiding leaders to better leverage their skills so that even after coaching they could continue the development work. 

Living and working throughout Europe, and coaching worldwide, Daniela understands the complexities of global business and cross-cultural interactions. A prominent senior executive herself, Daniela has experienced and successfully navigated the challenges business leaders face. 

Prior to her coaching and career in human resources, Daniela was a high school science teacher and an award-winning television broadcast journalist. She earned a Bachelor in Physics and additionally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapies; she is a UK Qualified Teacher.

Daniela brings a unique mix of professional knowledge and life experience to her valuable coaching.
