There is an increasing need for people in organisations to up their game with regard to digital professionalism and wellness, due to the shift to remote working and the ever-advancing pace of digital business. Failure to do could put the individual at a disadvantage from a career, productivity, and capability perspective.

Digital Professionalism is defined as achieving a professional level of digital competence, confidence and dexterity in the key areas supporting how work gets done in the digital/remote working age: digital mindset and set up, online productivity, personal branding, people and communication skills, all in a state of digital, physical and mental wellness.

This book provides the structure, the strategies, and the tools to help an individual quickly upgrade their digital professionalism and wellness with a model for each of the five core areas, with actionable checklists for each area, so one can easily flick through and see what might be useful and where one is already up to speed.
