Description
Content

As employees seek a more flexible work arrangement and organizations respond, leaders are left to navigate this new environment on their own! When connections were made in-person in the past, how can they be sustained when teams don’t share a physical workspace? What kinds of new challenges can I expect with a hybrid team? How will our office dynamics change? We address these questions and others throughout the book, allowing leaders to reflect on their own environments and how the information presented can help them transition to hybrid work or improve an existing hybrid work environment!
